what's the difference between someone saying "i love you" and "you, i love"?

when someone says "i love you", they're emphasizing the emotion; they LOVE you, not LIKE, but LOVE.
when someone says "you, i love" they're setting you apart from all the others; you're different, special - and you're the one they choose.
