came back frm obs yest. man i totally love it! obs reali reali rocks! =) wen town jus now. guess wuht. i saw kelvin kz! lyk gosh! so coincidental! den he told mi he oso had da feeling he wuz gonna bump into one of us. hahah. i told him bout us cryin reali hard fer him too n bla bla. oh yah. he has a gf! so sheares! dun nit to worrie tt he'l stay single forever! hahah
obs wuz totally amazing kz! lyk. u can onli truly understand da whole thing aftr u experienced it urself. n lyk wad kelvin says. da outward bound journey onli starts aftr u leave obs wid all da new experiences.missing obs now.=( niwae im too lazy to type out wuht happened durin obs. so shall jus add n copy n paste frm jo's blog. heheh
day1
left in classes for obs.then we joined into our watches. found out tt we were in residential. everyone was quite turn off by it. :( 3/17watches got residential. aniwae. started some ice-breakin games. then we tried trust fall...funfunfun.. our instructor was kelvin btw.
lunch at the cookhouse then we learnt some climbin n belayin things. quite slack... then build "tents" coz we wanted to try to b like mobile..ahahha. was nice. jetty jump rocks!!!!!! was so scare to jump but it was totally refreshin. scary but nice :) had dinnner n all then wen to sleep in our tents! watch was fun. sheares rocks.aniwae. sheares is the watch name :). ohh. obs gives supper too.
day2
woke up quite early... then we had mornin exercise. slack n easy. but quite funny n fun. did some run n box thingy.. hahaha.oh. jus haf ta stand at attention for flag raisin. dunnid ta sing..nice rite. then we had kayakin..kayak for bt 3hrs? learnt capsizin n paddle n all. was nice..but burnin hot! then kayaked to the second campsite to jetty jump!! the sea there was so dirty but it was fun. sucha nice nice nice feelin. i love my instructor n watch. then we kayaked back. had lunch. then did indoor rock climbin. 10metres!!! heh.we were all quite sleepy..then our instructor gaf us 10minus power nap. hahaha. had more energy. yay. kinda conquered some of my fear of hts. yay!! then we wash up. dinner. then learnt some navigatin n stuff.
day3
mornin exercise as usual :) funfunfun. hahahah. then we did the tripod. some kinda scary. had to walk across ropes, logs, n shakey bridges tt was bt 5metres abt the ground without holdin aniting. watch bonded alot. helped each other :) then we lunch n build raft. cool. we rebuild our rafts 3times before succeedin. kelvin gave us lots of time n chances to rebuild. the only watch tt we cld raft out. hahah. raftin was so nice!!! begged for jetty jump again. hahaha. wasnt tt scare animore. yay. dinner n all. then we packed our stuff into our backpack for land expedition the nxt dae.. learnt map markin n all. yay. then we started the whole la mei n pl tings :)
day4
hiked bt 8km!! found most checkpoints. lugged the sooo heavy backpack. but it was fun lah. veri fun n cool. can nv experience it again. we even wen up the summit. cystal clear quarry water...n sg looked like lego. yikes. took many pics. hahaha.funfun. then reached campsite. build tents n wen quarry swimmin. water was so gd. rockss.. swan bt 1hr. we sang songs n all in it. then andrea started callin kelvin hunk. hahahah. so cute! ahhaha. it was fun campin in the wild. obscene too! hahah. andrea jo mi huiyi kisha wen to the open air toilets at nite. scaryy n different. hahah. nite sky rocks. darm many stars :) we ate dinner - baked beans porridge n rendang chicken. it was nicee. all mixed up tgt. we made some campfire tingy, sat ard it n talked. jokes n silly riddles. so funny kay :) ohh.. there was shootin stars too.. ahhh! :) nicenice..beautiful

grrr..darm sad. last day :( we hiked back. shorter path..then cleared up everyting. washin n all. bought sourveniors.we all sat ard n talked a lil. so sad so so so sad. i love sheares'03! took some pics are the cres n at the indiana ship.. left the jetty. our instructor ran back to get his stuff then we all left without him. grr so angry. then 2 of our watchmates cldnt board the boat so they waited for the nxt. n our instructor came back but we were gone. heard bt it in sch then our whole watch started cryin. the feelin in sg is so different. so fake. so lego... i dun lik it. ahh. i wan to go back ubin.aniwae...8 of us - jo mi andrea deb huiyi jac jaime christina wen for tea at tanglin mall macs. on n on abt obs. love it. hope sheares stay strong tgt. amazin wad 5days do to a person.
oh man! jus lookin at wad happened makes mi feel so sad again! ah!! cant stand it. hahah. but lyk. its reali reali amazin how we all whu dunoe each other at all can b in a watch together n b so close aftr jus 5 days.shall always rem obs n da pretty lay-dies n la mei! =) mus go out soon kz! n lyk. i can rem how cute kelvin's drawin is. noe how he draws a bread? imagine a square wid a smiley face inside plus 3 strands of hair sticking out. cute rite? =) n oso all da memories there. showerin n washin our hair outside da dorms. everythin. =)
